  • If the assigned expert gets sick, then the delivery might be late. The company will give you an appropriate amount of money back for the delay. They will talk to you about how much it will cost and what to do based on the situation and how long it is delayed.
  • We guarantee that we will have all of the items delivered on time. Sometimes things happen and the customer provides details or required materials too late. This means that there can't be a refund. It is always best to send all of the information about the task, including any additional sources needed for this task, when you place your order.
  • If there is a claim that the paper you got from this Writer was plagiarized, you need to show it on the Turnitin report. There are no other reports that can be accepted or else there will be no refund.
  • Accidental Duplicate Order: Contact us if you place an order that is a duplicate. We need to know that you want the other order canceled. If the order was made by mistake, we will refund 100%.
